6-Month Program
Recommended

Six months might sound like a long time, but it's been shown to be the most effective for making lasting changes. It's not simply about having the information; you likely already have plenty of that. It's about transformation, and that doesn't just happen overnight. Committing to a 6-month experience shows that you are truly committed to change!

 

My 6-Month Program includes:

  • Two one-on-one, 45-minute sessions per month for six months via phone or video chat.

  • Informative handouts and recipes.

  • Email and text support between sessions.

  • Optional add-ons include cooking lessons, grocery/market tours, pantry and kitchen makeovers, toxin patrol, and more.

3-Month Program

Includes the same as the 6-month Program but for half the duration. It can be stacked to run as long as you wish.
